When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect: Full name, email address, phone number, property address / Eircode, preferred service and date, and any additional notes you provide.
3. WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your data solely to process and respond to your booking request, contact you to confirm or arrange your appointment, and send you your property condition report where applicable.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information is used exclusively by Deposit Saver to deliver the requested service.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain your data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time.
