Terms & Conditions
1. THE SERVICE
Deposit Saver provides property condition reports, minor restoration and cleaning services in Athlone and the Midlands, Ireland. Services are offered in three tiers: Tier 1 Report only €70-90, Tier 2 Report + Fix €220-420, Tier 3 Full turnover €550-950*.
2. BOOKING
Submitting a booking request through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Deposit Saver via email or WhatsApp.
3. PRICING
All prices shown are estimates. Final pricing for Tier 2 and Tier 3 depends on property size and condition and will be confirmed on-site before work begins. Tier 1 report pricing is fixed as quoted.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the appointment: no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% of agreed price may be charged to cover travel and preparation costs. Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours in advance: free of charge.
6. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Deposit Saver will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not documented in the condition report, outcomes of landlord or tenant disputes beyond our control, or any consequential or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS
Reports are prepared based on visual inspection at the time of visit. They are intended as documentary evidence and do not constitute a structural survey or legal advice. Deposit Saver does not guarantee the outcome of any deposit dispute.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
